You were absolutely right to try to improve a neighborhood when he was obviously too lazy to do it I would have told him to call the police and they would see you were helping saving the city money by doing it for free. That jerk, can go to hell.

He came out the back of that house you tried to contact. For all you know , he may not even own that corner lot. In my city, that property owner that allowed grass to grow on the sidewalk easements would be cited to clean up the property of all tall grass and weeds and clear the sidewalks. We may want to say a prayer for the guy and anyone that has to regularly deal with him.

It isn't completely clear if the man that kicked you off the property was the owner of the empty lot. Alot of old people don't understand about videos or utube channels. Some old people get very suspicious of people and things they dont understand. He definitely was a cranky old man!

Definately dementia, my mother had dementia and thats what I call the "mean stage ". The last words I heard from my mother was I hate your guts because she got mad at me for telling her no to something.

Either dementia or an unhappy Person and wants to bring you down to their level. A lot of those people have surfaced in the past 8 years. They just hate everybody and mostly their own life.

I worked in a retirement community and some of the residents had dementia and it was heartbreaking for the person and the families.

If you don't get permission move on! Its a shame you had to deal with this for doing nothing wrong and having a giving heart!
